Norfolk and Norwich
The county of Norfolk in the east of England is a great destination to visit anytime of the year, with its spectacular coastline, long sandy beaches, high cliffs and fabulous seaside resorts. It has an array of endless picturesque villages and historic market towns, enticing nature reserves and intriguing wildlife; so there's literally something for everyone. The Queen's country residence is also found in Norfolk, along with a greyhound and horse racing complex for those who like to try their luck at the races. Norwich, the capital city of East Anglia has a fantastic heritage that offers a rare blend of historic interest mixed with modern sophistication, where visitors can experience the immense culture, while enjoying excellent shopping and discovering an assortment of entertainment. Norwich Castle is also one of the favourites on the tourism list, and there's the Theatre Royal as well as the Playhouse Theatre if you choose to catch a live show.
